VACCINE VERIFICATION:



As of November 4, 2021, per the City of Los Angeles, all visitors aged 12 and up are required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event March 20, 2022. Accepted forms of proof must be presented with your photo ID.


Please provide either:


- Your paper vaccination card, a digital vaccine record, or a clear photograph of the vaccination card; or,


- An email or written documentation showing a negative test result, the name of the entity that issued the result, your full name, and the date of the test within 72 hours of your visit.





CONTACT TRACING:



If there is an outbreak of COVID-19 at the FantaSea Yacht One, the name, e-mail address, and phone number you use to book these tickets may be shared with public health officials to support contact tracing.





New Visiting Procedures:



Per LA County Department of Public Health protocols for reopening public places, we have put new procedures in place to minimize the spread of coronavirus, including: Face Masks Required Indoors: All visitors over the age of two must wear a face mask over nose and mouth when inside buildings, including parking structures, and when boarding and riding the FantaSea One yacht. Visitors may remove their masks when outdoors.
